CANADA SUCCESSFULLY TESTS FLUFF PELLETS AS ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

CANADA FLAGQuebec, Canada— A project involving Canadian companies and local government tested ten tons of Fluff® in the first of a three-part trial to see if Fluff® can be used as a source for the development of alternative energy. An independent testing laboratory in Canada used thermal oxidation with the first shipment of Fluff® pellets to see how it performed, and all tests were completed satisfactorily.

The second phase of testing will perform the same tests on pellitized Fluff®. Twenty tons of pellets have been manufactured and were shipped in mid-October to Canada for testing. The third and final phase of testing will involve 200 metric tons of palletized Fluff®, and will be completed by the end of November, 2008. There has been interest expressed in the eventual purchase of a Wastaway® system to generate fluff® to produce energy in Canada if all tests are satisfactory completed.
